First floor of a two-storey building measuring 50 m², at the central square of Vori village.
Villa 1930 lies in a corner, it has two floors and it is stone built with a careful construction and wooden tile roof. Its main exteriors are influenced by the principles of neoclassicism. The basis is defined by simple strip with projection on the sill height of windows, the openings are of high trunk, arched, framed with carved lintels and the lintels of the openings of the floor are uniform and crowned by a simple cornice with a light projection.
The housewas built in the beginning of the 20th century by builders from Karpathos island, at Vori of Heraklion. It was fully renovated in 1996. In 2001 it was designated as a listed buildind as per the decree of Ministry of Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works ( gov. gazette 378/25-5-2001, decree nr. 100033/2503). During the past years, it was used as a clinic, notary office and community office which shows the historic role it has played in the wider area.
